- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and analysis experience required, with 5-7 years FP&A leadership experience in multinational and FMCG company
- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
2. Internal Control & Audit Manager
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accountancy, or Finance
- Strong knowledge of standards, procedures, and general auditing policies
- Must have advanced SOX compliance experience and be knowledgeable with the following financial cycles: Record to Report, Order to Cash, Hire to Retire, Procure to Pay
- Comprehension of internal auditing standards, Sarbanes-Oxley, COSO and risk-assessment practices.
- 5+ years of experience in SOX/internal audit preferred, of which at least 3 years of SOX experience required
- Strong ability to supervise and train employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling of work assignments
- Effective and explicit communication skills in both oral and written forms
- Ability to analyze and solve problems relating to auditing and related disciplines

4. Route Planning Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree of any major
- At least 8 years of experience in the related field, preferably from a multinational FMCG background, with min 3 years managerial position
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office, esp excel & PPT. Power BI is an advantage
- Extensive knowledge on Route to Market model, Coverage Management, Sales Operations, and Route Planning Software

Requirements :
- Revenue management experience preferred in the consumer goods industry
- Minimum 5 to 7+ years of relevant experience

Requirements
