Job Details
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
  • Administer and monitor the financial system in Individual Fundraising according to policies and standard
  • Overall operations of the individual fundraising, including the interaction and communication within and with other stakeholders
  • Availability of stock for individual fundraising activities
  • Financial and relationship document maintenance in individual fundraising
  • Fundraiser Database management
REQUIREMENTS
Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, office administration or related discipline. 
Experience Background
  • Minimum 1-year experience in finance operation work.
  • Experience in performing various service operations.
  • Having experiences in office administration work is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) in Indonesian language
  • Knowledge of competerized accounting programs
  • Knowledge of financial reports
  • Knowledge of office administration
  • Knowledge of Child protection
  • Competency in Integrity and Compliance
  • Strong prioritization skills handling multiple priorities. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong influence and thought leadership. 
  • Ability to present and explain data
